Safe Life Home Healthcare is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to manage the full client lifecycle, from initial outreach to closing contracts and ongoing relationships.

This role involves field visits and marketing outreach, with a mix of on-site responsibilities and remote coordination, including 90-day check-ins and seamless onboarding with internal teams.

Strong communication, proven sales closing ability, and local travel readiness are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or client acquisition.
• Strong closing skills and ability to convert leads into signed clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with both phone-based sales and face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with incoming and outbound leads.
• Qualify prospects and close new client contracts.
• Build strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Conduct in-person visits when required (including 90-day client check-ins).
• Drop off brochures and represent the company in the field.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services.
