Job summary

Safe Life Home Health Care is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to manage the full client lifecycle—from initial outreach to closing deals and maintaining relationships. The role requires calling leads, converting prospects into clients, and supporting ongoing service delivery with internal teams.

Expect in-person field visits, 90-day check-ins, and field marketing while maintaining a proactive, target-driven mindset. Local travel and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or client acquisition.
• Strong closing skills and ability to convert leads into signed clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable with both phone-based sales and in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with incoming and outbound leads.
• Qualify prospects and close new client contracts.
• Build strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Conduct in-person visits when required (including 90-day client check-ins).
• Drop off brochures and represent the company in the field.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
