Job summary

Honor’s Home Instead San Antonio team is seeking a Client Care Advisor who leads consultative sales and care coordination for families evaluating in-home care. You will drive the consult-to-start process, coordinate care plans, and maintain strong client engagement while working across scheduling, operations, and Care Pros.

The role requires extensive in-field work, with travel across Bexar County and evenings/weekends as needed, and targets on-start earnings in a commission-based structure.

Qualifications
