Job summary

Safe Life Home Health Care, LLC is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to drive the full client lifecycle from outreach to onboarding and ongoing relationship management. The role blends field visits with remote engagement to secure new contracts and nurture existing ones.

The position emphasizes calling leads, converting prospects to clients, and maintaining long-term relationships, with occasional in-person visits and marketing outreach as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, lead conversion, or client acquisition.
• Strong closing skills and ability to convert leads into signed clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with incoming and outbound leads.
• Qualify prospects and close new client contracts.
• Build strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Conduct in-person visits when required (including 90-day client check-ins).
• Drop off brochures and represent the company in the field.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services.
