Job summary

Circana seeks a Director of Client Sales & Insights in the Wellness/Beauty/Home Care sector. You will lead end-to-end sales, partner with clients, and deliver data-driven insights, while managing cross-functional teams and strategic relationships.

Located in the United States, preferably in the New York area, you will drive revenue, stay ahead of industry trends, and champion client success through Circana’s proprietary platforms.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in Media (CPG Brand/Agency/Data/Tech) in client roles.
• Disciplined pipeline management and sales targets.
• Experience prioritizing multiple projects by sales opportunity.
• Strategy to expand services by understanding client pain points.

Responsibilities

• Drive Client Growth: expand relationships by aligning Circana solutions with goals.
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: translate data into actionable client insights.
• Manage the Sales Cycle: lead end-to-end prospecting, needs, proposal, closing.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: work with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain Industry Expertise: stay current on beauty/CPG trends.
• Build Strategic Relationships: engage key stakeholders across organizations.
• Utilize Sales Tools: use Circana platforms to support engagements.
• Achieve Revenue Targets: hit or exceed sales goals.
• Champion Client Success: ensure client satisfaction and value.
• Support Innovation: provide market feedback for offerings.
• Advanced Analytic Skills: deliver fact-based analyses for clients.
• Be Face of Circana Media: main client contact for media business.
