Circana, located in the Greater Chicago Area, seeks a Director of Client Sales & Insights to partner with senior client stakeholders, translating complex business questions into insight-led solutions that drive measurable growth and strengthen Circana’s value across the account.

This role combines deep data expertise, commercial acumen, and consultative problem solving to deliver actionable recommendations and expand solution penetration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 5–10+ years in client leadership, category management, consumer insights, analytics, or sales strategy within CPG/retail.
• Experience in a large cross-functional matrixed org with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive Client Growth by expanding relationships with Circana’s data/software solutions.
• Deliver insight-led solutions translating data into actionable client outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, needs assessment, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
