Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Universal Banker to provide timely client transactions and accurate record keeping. You will deliver superior service, help clients with digital banking tools, and support outbound sales activities and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).

Essential duties include handling complex and standard transactions, educating clients on online and mobile banking, and supporting branch team sales while adhering to risk controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use PC keyboard and software for branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital banking options and self-service solutions.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
• Participate in leadership routines and trainings.
• Adhere to policies and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
