Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willing to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Able to work weekends and/or extended hours with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
• Handle workload per branch demands with appropriate product referrals.
