Job summary

Truist Wealth seeks an Universal Banker to deliver a distinctive client experience, handle transactions, and identify client financial needs. You will educate clients on digital banking and support sales via outbound calls, while embracing Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.

Responsibilities include assisting with new accounts, adhering to controls, and participating in leadership routines, with flexibility for varied hours and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel to accommodate staffing needs.
• Weekend and/or extended hours with occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and identifying needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support team sales through outbound calls and referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge via training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution
