Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular Retail Banker to provide timely and accurate client transactions, while identifying and addressing financial needs. The role supports outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management activities to enhance client service.

You will educate clients on digital tools, process new accounts, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver superior experiences. Some travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities required.
• Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital tools, ATMs, Online and Mobile banking services.
• Support sales through client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities for branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank routines and training sessions.
• Maintain awareness of policies, procedures, and internal controls; ensure compliance.
