You will work with banking partners, meet deadlines, and maintain client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 6am-3pm PST, and ADP leaders will support your growth and success.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in financial services or HR/HRIS with systems experience.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.
• College degree is not required; relevant experience is acceptable.
• Military experience is valued; diverse backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support to help clients manage payroll solutions and resolve issues.
• Continuously upgrade payroll knowledge, including compliance and procedures.
• Maintain a daily schedule with high-volume inbound calls and peak-season workload.
