Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Service & Product Support Specialist to help clients with funding questions, educate on ADP policies, evaluate client funding behavior, and mitigate risk.

You will serve as a subject matter expert handling routine client requests, resolve routine concerns with predefined solutions, and answer non‑technical questions regarding ADP products. This role also provides guidance to less‑experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a customer-service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with system experience.
• College degree desirable but not required.
• Military experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert handling routine client requests.
• Resolve routine customer concerns with predefined solutions.
• Answer non‑technical questions regarding ADP products.
• Provide consultation and support to less‑experienced specialists.
• Learn and navigate ADP systems to respond to issues.
• Assist clients in managing their business, troubleshooting payroll issues, and delivering a seamless experience.
• Maintain a daily schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
