Job summary

ADP is seeking a Service Delivery Processing Specialist in California to support clients, answer funding and payroll questions, and ensure accurate payments. Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a financial service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• A college degree is great but not required; other experiences could include military experience.

Responsibilities

• Client Support: help clients manage their business using ADP solutions, troubleshoot payroll issues, and partner with multiple business units.
• Learn: continually upgrade knowledge on payroll, compliance, procedures, other products, and desktop support tools.
• Organize: maintain a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls, with higher phone time during peak seasons.
