Conservice is seeking a dedicated Utility Setup Client Coordinator to join our hybrid team in Logan, UT. You will be the primary link between clients, internal teams, and utility providers to ensure seamless utility start/stop processes.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving and strong client relationships, with about 75% of daily work conducted over the phone. duties include coordinating communications, researching inquiries, and handling account setup and troubleshooting with Utility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Comfort handling high call volumes (75% phone-based work).

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to direct client inquiries and correspondence promptly.
• Investigate and resolve utility starting delays, disconnects, and client requests.
• Coordinate communication between clients, internal team members, utility providers, and property residents.
• Place and receive calls with Utility Coordinators to streamline account setup and troubleshooting.
• Document utility disconnects and stopping requests, providing clear, high-level summary reports along with action plan resolutions.
• Adapt to evolving project priorities and additional duties as assigned.
