Job summary

Conservice, a Utah-based utility management leader, seeks a Utility Setup Coordinator for our Single Family team. You will coordinate utility activations with providers, ensuring services are ready for repairs or new tenants.

Hybrid schedule (in office Tue, Wed, Thu) with Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm Mountain Time. Compensation starts at $15.30/hour plus performance-based tiers and growth opportunities within Conservice.

Responsibilities

• Drive utility activations end-to-end by coordinating start/stop dates with providers.
• Conduct high-volume outreach to utilities to resolve incomplete requests and issues.
• Manage payments and balance inquiries to keep accounts current.
• Navigate multiple databases and software while handling several requests.
