Job summary

Think Power Solutions LLC seeks a skilled Client Manager to oversee utility construction projects in a hybrid role. You will lead field teams, manage client relationships, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with client stakeholders and internal departments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 10–15 years of related experience, with a strong track record in electric utility construction and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years of related field experience.
• Previous proven experience in electric utility construction or related industries.
• Strong initiative, proactive problem solving, and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of field technicians and ensure project execution, quality, and safety.
• Serve as primary liaison with utility clients to manage expectations and communications.
• Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and progress updates with clients and internal teams.
• Provide hands-on oversight during construction activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and develop team members.
