Think Power Solutions LLC is seeking a full-time Client Manager in a hybrid role, overseeing utility construction projects with a strong emphasis on client relationships. The position reports to the CEO and collaborates with the AEP West Region across TX, AR, LA, and OK.

You will lead 20–30 field technicians, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while building enduring client partnerships and expanding business opportunities through proactive problem solving and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10–15 years of related field experience in construction or electric utility sectors.
• Strong initiative and proactive problem solving.
• Strong leadership qualities and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 20–30 field technicians to ensure project execution, quality, and safety.
• Serve as primary liaison with utility clients to align requirements and expectations.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Identify client needs, propose solutions, and communicate progress and milestones.
• Make data-driven decisions and manage resources to meet schedules and compliance.
