In this role, you will handle operational commitments, manage customer maintenance activities, and monitor live helpdesk alerts to ensure timely resolutions and high satisfaction for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client support and exceed expectations in every interaction.
• Elevate customer support requirements by communicating criticality and timelines, and confirm issue acceptance.
• Prepare desktops, laptops, and hardware for customers.
• Keep customer documentation up-to-date and accurate.
• Deliver assigned operational and project commitments with the customer team guidance.
• Perform customer maintenance activities on behalf of the customer team.
• Monitor the customer team’s alerts in coordination with the live helpdesk.
