You will prepare and manage desktops, laptops, and hardware while maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires strong communication, on-call readiness, and 1–3 years of desktop support experience, preferably

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to explain technical challenges and solutions to non-technical users.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed.
• 1–3 years of Desktop Support experience, MSP preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory, file permissions, DNS, VPN, and backups.
• Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, and QuickBooks projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client support and exceed service expectations.
• Communicate issue criticality and timeline; obtain acceptance for escalations.
• Prepare desktops, laptops, and hardware for customers.
• Keep customer documentation current and accurate.
• Deliver assigned operational and project commitments with the customer team.
• Perform maintenance activities on behalf of the customer team.
• Monitor alerts and respond via the live helpdesk.
• Collaborate with teams to meet client needs.
• Plan and deliver work commitments in a timely manner.
