Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an Technical Implementation Consultant – Preservice to lead technology-driven client projects and collaborate with development, product, and support teams. You will gather business requirements, configure Preservice capabilities, and demonstrate solutions to clients and internal staff.

The role requires 2–5 years in healthcare technology implementation or project management, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and client focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2–5 years implementing technology products or managing projects in Healthcare/RCM.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to analyze data and advise customers on solutions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology-based client projects with internal and client teams.
• Capture business requirements and document solutions and deliverables.
• Configure and demonstrate Preservice functionality to clients and staff.
• Develop project plans, track progress and manage scope, time and budget.
• Escalate risks and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and support to deliver RevSpring solutions.
• Maintain best practices and document implementation collateral.
