Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Preservice Project Engineer to lead technology-based client projects with cross-functional teams including development, product, implementation, support, sales and QA.

You will gather business requirements, document thoroughly, configure client requests, and drive best practices throughout the implementation lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2-5 years’ experience in implementing technology-based products or project management in Healthcare.
• Experience in revenue cycle management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources for timely project execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule and cost.
• Provide project updates and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Lead requirements definition, solution design, configuration and testing.
• Collaborate with Technical leads, Architects, Product Management, Support and Sales.
• Certify knowledge of RevSpring products and stay current with new features.
• Maintain product-focused approach and minimize custom configurations.
• Configure new client setups for Preservice Patient Intake.
• Demo Preservice functionality to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of all client issues and decisions.
