Job summary

RevSpring seeks a Technical Implementation Consultant – Preservice to lead technology-driven projects for clients in healthcare revenue cycle management. You will coordinate internal and external teams, define project plans, and ensure successful delivery from requirements through testing.

You will work with clients to gather business needs, configure Preservice patient intake setups, and provide expert product guidance during deployment and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing technology-based products, preferably in Healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Ability to lead client-facing implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources for timely project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress against milestones.
• Lead requirements, design, configuration and testing activities.
• Maintain client communication, education, and issue resolution throughout the project.
• Manage project risk and adjust plans to minimize impact.
• Present updates to clients and stakeholders with clear, actionable next steps.
