Job summary

IT Solutions is seeking an Engineer, Professional Services to support project implementations and extended client engagements. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to drive results while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

Responsibilities include deploying IT solutions onsite or remotely, coordinating with the project team, and delivering projects on time while keeping clients informed and satisfied.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Engineer or Project Engineer.
• 3 years' work experience as a Network Administrator installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network, data center and security technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalence of professional work.
• Active Directory experience including DNS, DHCP, NTFS, File/Printer Share, Group Policy.
• Experience in implementation and management of VoIP technology.

Responsibilities

• Project utilization of 70% billable hours per week, including all dispatch and project work for the client.
• Travel onsite to client offices to provide services supporting the project team.
• Provide superior service to customers and clients.
• Work with the project team to complete defined objectives in the SOW.
• Collect and analyze project data to create status reports against milestones and recommend actions.
• Review production, malfunction, and maintenance reports to address issues.
• Assess project status vs. schedule and facilitate solutions to keep on time.
• Prioritize personal utilization to direct hours to billable work.
• Assist with dispatch on client sites and manage service tickets.
• Troubleshoot ticket logs and route incidents; escalate as needed.
• Escalate to senior engineers when necessary and coordinate with multiple groups.
