Job summary

RevSpring is seeking a Preservice Project Engineer to lead technology-based projects for healthcare clients. You will work directly with clients and internal teams, gaining expert product knowledge to tailor solutions that meet business needs and requirements.

You will collaborate with SMEs, implementation consultants, developers, and product teams to define and deliver RevSpring solutions. Responsibilities include planning, documenting, and ensuring best practices across projects while

Qualifications

• ARM and RCM industry knowledge and HFMA/ARM training.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources for timely execution of projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and define tasks.
• Manage changes in scope, schedule and cost; escalate as needed.
• Report to management and provide clear status updates.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Assess and mitigate project risk to minimize issues.
• Track deliverables using approved tools and present updates.
• Lead requirements definition, solution design, configuration and testing activities.
• Collaborate with tech leads and product teams to ensure successful completion.
• Provide client-facing communication, training, and problem solving.
• Organize effective meetings with prep, notes, and task follow-ups.
• Maintain product knowledge and advise on best practices for customers.
• Complete certification training and recertifications as required.
• Align with company values and foster teamwork.
