Job summary

community. social projects lab is seeking an Implementation Specialist to ensure seamless integration of our software solutions for clients in San Diego. You will coordinate onboarding, tailor solutions to client needs, and deliver training to empower users.

You will identify and troubleshoot implementation issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, and maintain thorough documentation of processes and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software implementation or a similar role.
