Job summary

The Ag Division of Brandt Holdings is seeking a Service Administrator to act as the primary liaison between customers and the Service Department. You will manage work orders, schedule service, update records, and promote maintenance programs to ensure a smooth workflow and positive customer experiences.

Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling communications with technicians, managers, and customers to keep the shop running efficiently.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of accounting practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Effective communication in one-on-one and group settings.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and close work orders from opening through invoicing.
• Answer customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing timely service.
• Maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service records.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with the Service Manager and Shop Foreman.
• Proactively contact customers regarding preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Follow up with customers after repairs to ensure satisfaction and identify future needs.
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, parts personnel, and the Service Manager.
• Assist with warranty and product improvement claims.
