Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Service Coordinator to act as the primary hub for the service department. The role coordinates repair work with customers and technicians, processes invoices and performs general administrative duties within office and shop settings.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in an administrative role, strong communication skills and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. A background in automotive/truck/heavy equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years as an administrative assistant or similar role.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel (formulas, charts, graphs), Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, quote, and discuss repair services with customers and technicians.
• Provide updates to customers on services and invoices both in person and over the phone.
• Communicate with management about invoicing, customer complaints, and technician needs.
