Job summary

JPMorganChase is hiring a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in-branch, delivering hospitality-driven service while leveraging modern banking tech to meet clients’ needs. You will grow and manage client relationships, presenting thoughtful financial solutions and facilitating a seamless experience.

The role requires strong communication, a minimum of 1 year sales experience in financial services, and availability for weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED, and licenses listed (SIE, FINRA 6, 63 if required, Life).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenience.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and consult with clients about banking solutions with the team.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Education

High school diploma or GED; SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses (minimum requirements)
