JPMorganChase seeks a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and a client-centric approach. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions and guiding clients to our digital tools for convenient banking.

You’ll work to understand client needs, collaborate with a team of experts, and meet branch hours, including some weekends and evenings. A strong regulatory mindset and licensing readiness are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product benefits.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Minimum high school education; licenses to be obtained through JPMorganChase.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly to build lasting relationships, and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on financial solutions with specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
