Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain risk compliance.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements and licensing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly, and build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Educate clients on digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients with specialists for complex needs.
