Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor product benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail within risk and compliance rules.
• Work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Compliance with training, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to support banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
