Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and leverage banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and support branch success.

You will engage clients in person and over the phone, educate them on technology tools, and collaborate with a team of experts to address banking needs while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses; license within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Experience with delivering tailored financial solutions and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and offer product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and refer to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
