Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Commitment to risk and regulatory obligations with required training.
• SIE/FINRA Series 6 and state registrations; Life licenses if applicable; licensing within 180 days.
• Availability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Use clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly; connect clients to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
