Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and to build lasting client relationships using banking solutions and digital tools.

You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, leveraging financial knowledge to address their needs and contribute to branch success. The role requires strong communication and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with regulatory requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent; licensing required.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; enroll in JPMorganChase licensing program if unlicensed.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to tailor product recommendations to client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and online banking.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and refer to experts as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
