Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, using banking solutions and technology to assist clients. You will develop and retain meaningful client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions to meet their needs and support branch success.

You will work to educate clients on digital tools, stay compliant with banking regulations, and provide proactive service during weekend and evening hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Bilingual English and Russian required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
