Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch in the United States. You will play a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships while delivering thoughtful financial solutions using the latest banking technology.

You will build trust through attentive service, deepen client relationships, and educate clients on digital tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com. The role requires licensing commitments and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor solutions.
• Ability to establish and deepen client relationships.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, and Life licenses or willingness to obtain within 180 days.
• Ability to comply with risk and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
