JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to join our branch team. You will represent the JPMorganChase brand, acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, and provide thoughtful financial solutions using the latest banking tools.

You will work with clients in person and by phone, explain products clearly, and uphold regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service that aligns with our commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of sales experience in banking or financial services.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses within 180 days.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
