Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields with proven success in acquiring new clients and growing relationships.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (63 if required) and Life licenses; all unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
