Truist is seeking a courteous branch representative to deliver a high-quality client experience, guide customers through transactions, and promote digital banking options. The role supports outbound client outreach and collaboration with branch teams to meet client needs.

The position emphasizes relationship-building, adherence to controls, and ongoing product knowledge through training and meetings to serve both consumer and business clients.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with travel may be included.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions while uncovering client needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend sales, service and product knowledge training sessions.
