Job summary

Truist is seeking a branch-oriented professional to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records. You will guide clients through digital banking options and support outbound outreach to identify opportunities.

The role emphasizes delivering a distinctive client experience, teamwork, and adherence to internal controls. Weekend availability and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and odd hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and efficient transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Commit to ongoing product knowledge and compliance with policies.
