Truist Financial Corporation in the United States is seeking a regular banking professional to provide high‑quality client service and assist with transactions, while educating clients on digital banking tools.

The role involves outbound outreach, identifying client needs, and supporting IRM activities. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and work weekends with possible travel.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to use PC and software for branch automation.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and weekend/extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations while handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions like ATMs and online banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
