Truist is seeking a Retail Banking Associate to provide timely client transactions and accurate records while delivering superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound outreach, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management initiatives.

The role emphasizes relationship building, adherence to controls, and participation in branch leadership routines. Weekend hours and travel may be required as part of staffing needs.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Weekend and extended hours with possible travel/overnights.
