Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular full-time Retail Banker to deliver superior client service in person and over the phone in a branch setting in the United States. The role focuses on developing and expanding client relationships, meeting sales targets, and cross-collaborating with internal specialists for complex financial needs.

The position requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a willingness to travel for staffing needs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Minimum 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background checks and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an industry-leading client service experience both in person and on the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships to meet and exceed branch sales targets.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists to support client goals.
• Participate in all Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Engage clients and conduct transactions while identifying additional needs.
