Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time team member to deliver exceptional client service in-branch and by phone. You will expand client relationships, discuss financial solutions, and collaborate with partners to grow business while occasionally performing teller duties.

Strong communication and compliance with banking regulations are essential. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years of client sales/service experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone; develop and expand client relationships.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets by offering products and services to clients.
• Refer more complex needs to internal specialists and support teller duties as needed.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
