Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks an Associate Relationship Banker at our branch to deliver welcoming service and expert financial guidance using Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs. You will assist clients, understand their financial needs, and connect them with specialists for complex needs.

You will learn products, comply with banking regulations, and help build lasting client relationships while working within branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
