Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and build meaningful client relationships. You will help clients address financial needs using banking solutions and collaborate with a team of experts.

You will educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, while maintaining compliance with banking regulations and branch procedures. The role requires flexibility for weekend and evening hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor features of products to clients' needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and regulatory obligations.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration requirements; licensing through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to address their banking needs.
• Consult with clients on banking solutions and connect them to our team of experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
