You will book freight, coordinate with planning, monitor lanes, provide updates, and ensure accurate data entry in the TMW system while maintaining dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to meet expectations.
• Book freight to keep drivers moving daily.
• Plan ahead with planning group to book freight in advance.
• Identify and remedy potential service failures with planning and dispatch.
• Provide status updates and solutions to customers.
• Enter data accurately into the TMW system.
• Work with customer scorecards to improve service.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
