Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• General computer skills including typing, emailing and faxing.
• Ability to answer phones and stay focused in a busy loud environment.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Tender shipments to optimize and consolidate loads for customer demands and profitability.
• Track and trace shipment progress; update customers on load status.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing carriers.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and assign drivers to loads to ensure on-time pickups.
• Communicate status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with account and sales teams on issues and updates.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Comply with company policies and applicable laws.
