Job summary

You will coordinate with Operations to book freight efficiently, keep drivers moving, and provide timely status updates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively to promote a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships and seek growth opportunities with customers.
• Book freight promptly to keep drivers moving and reduce layovers.
• Plan with Operations to book freight in advance.
• Identify and remedy service failures with Operations.
• Provide customers with status updates and solutions.
• Solicit new business from active customers weekly.
• Enter activity logs in Salesforce for customer solicitations.
• Enter data into the TMW system accurately.
• Work with customer scorecards to meet expectations.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
