You will maintain accurate records, communicate with carriers and internal teams, and ensure documents like bills of lading and packing lists are properly prepared.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics education is a plus.
• Prior experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, or warehouse admin preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office; quick to learn new systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Problem-solving and proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory movements, and shipping data.
• Prepare and file bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, and receiving records.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, warehouse staff and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Track shipment status and report delays or discrepancies.
• Support inventory reconciliation by comparing counts to system records.
• Enter data in spreadsheets or databases with high accuracy.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries; assist with transportation tasks.
• Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving procedures.
• Perform general clerical duties to support logistics team.
